AS Eurowest Warranty Conditions Print
  1. Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective detail, body defects or other faults caused by Producer. Warranty cases will be handled in authorized dealers workshops only.
  2. Repairs made, or parts replaced, are covered with the same Product warranty up to the end of it.
  3. AS EUROWEST reserves the right to end Products warranty without advanced notice if the Product is not used according to its mission and specification, ignoring safety regulations or used recklessly.
  4. Bodies produced by AS EUROWEST are covered with warranty 18-36 months, depending on its mission or region exploited in.
  5. Warranty 12 months applies to all gaskets, locks/hinges and all movable- and spring systems, electric components and sprayed steel details.
  6. Warranty does not cover common attrition and replacement of minor details (lamps, diods, fluids etc)
  7. Written warranty claim (e-mail) should be posted immediately after defect detection, to e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  8. AS EUROWEST as Producer is not responsible for possible additional damage, occurred by usage of defective Product or because of not-informing Producer a.s.a.p.
  9. Warranty is in force in case of carrying out all necessary maintenances and repairs by dealers authorized by AS EUROWEST. First maintenance must be carried out after 6 months of delivery, second after 18 months of delivery. By ignoring maintenance schedule AS EUROWEST reserves the right to end warranty without advance notice.
  10. All periodic checks and maintenances must be agreed with AS EUROWEST or its authorized service station 7 days before.
  11. Services must be put in writing on the service-document (below), what is also warranty confirmation document.
  12. Warranty does not cover cost of periodic maintenance and services.
  13. Warranty does not apply to products, serviced or modified by third parties and with materials not supplied and/or approved by AS EUROWEST.
  14. Additional equipment, produced by other companies (tail-lifts, cooling/heating units etc) is covered with producers warranty.
  15. This warranty document, signed by parties, applies also as delivery and handover document confirming, that Product with possible additional equipment, delivered to customer, is checked by both parties, is fully operational and has no visual defects.
  16. Warranty becomes legitimate after Product is fully paid in favour of AS EUROWEST
