Eurosert Ltd. was founded in 2000 with the aim to provide testing and certification services to companies that use vehicles for transporting a perishable foodstuff. Eurosert Ltd. is a recognized official test lab, which follows the ATP agreement in conducting the tests and issuing test protocols. The ATP agreement determines the international transport of perishable foodstuff and standards for vehicles used for this. The ATP protocol was signed in 1970 in Geneva. Insulated delivery vehicles are tested with equipment and methodology determined by the ATP protocol. At the end of 2000, the Estonian Accreditation Center issued to the company a certificate of accreditation, which proves that the test lab corresponds to the EVS-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Today, Eurosert Ltd. is the only accredited lab for testing insulated delivery vehicles in Estonia.
Additionally, IIR membership gives an opportunity to work in close cooperation with the test labs of other European countries and offers an opportunity to receive the newest information about updates in international standards related to the testing and certification of insulated delivery vehicles. The equipment of Eurosert Ltd. test lab is cross-checked with the examination of insulated test objects in other similarly accredited European test labs. Thanks to the international accreditation, all authorities of ATP countries, which issue the certificates, accept the test protocols issued by Eurosert Ltd..
